We all know what we sell. We're familiar with our industry, products, and services. We know the names & key phrases. But consider search results from the searcher's perspective! They don't know the industry like you do. Do they know your product's name? Can they spell it? Maybe the key phrase is different - do they search for "laptops" but you sell "notebook computers"?
