The eyes are a reflection of the soul. Pain, fear, depression and illness can be detected in the eyes. At times the light of the eyes has been dimmed and the gaze appears 'dark' and those who are in need of healing often have trouble maintaining eye contact. It is the ego's sub-conscious attempt to cover the truth of NEED.

We can often witness the darkened eyes in widowed people, those who have lost a child, one who lives in a constant state of pain, fear or anxiety. It is evident often in the eyes of those who are on life-saving medications, the care-takers of the terminally ill and depressed individuals as well as the abused and abandoned.

It is our duty as light-workers and healers to protect ourselves from spreading such darkness and from retaining it, or claiming it as our own ... once we have connected to it. Alas, it is also our duty to connect to it. Indeed, these are the very ones we are called and chosen to connect to, to minister to, and to radiate love, life, and hope to.

To live a life of light, peacefully and isolated is not a calling of the last hour we face. Fuel the light inside yourself by connecting to the lost, lonely and hurt around you who need it most. It does not glorify the Universe for the light workers to unite and then hide, or isolate themselves form the darkness that is over-taking our brothers and sisters of this planet. Too many live in fear, oppression, and sickness. Our calling is to unite so that we may find courage together to shed light into the darkness, to find comfort in one-another, and strength in numbers. We are to be a light source for those who know no light. Not to cower, hide or turn away from the victims of this darkened time.
