I've been thinking long and hrd lately about why I'm into ths business of internet marketing.
You mght wonder why I’m second guessing smething that I’ve put my heart and sul into.

Well, it's this business pln. I've started writing mine and I'm ralizing that the direction of my wbsite isn’t exactly the way I wnt it to go. In turn, tht means my ezine is being msdirected, my split-test that’s half written on my cmputer is misguided, etc.

So I let frght almost turn into flight! I lmost let it get to me tht bad. I started thinking I had dne it all wrong and “ruined” my rputation and there was no repairing my mstakes.

Then I started thinking, really thnking about what I wanted to ccomplish with my business. Why am I IN bsiness? What is it that makes AlphDynamic Marketing so different? Why do I hve my heart SET on making ADM wrk?

Ah, the beauty of the bsiness plan! You see, a business pln's primary goal may be to fcus your business and it's finances but it has a hdden, secondary gem. If you are rally filling out a business plan and not jst filling in the blanks, you'll cme to find that you are sking yourself these same questions.

You wll find yourself looking at your wbsites with different eyes, more cynical yes. You'll try and imagine what yur business will be in 2 yars, 5 years, 10 years. Will it be? Do you hve a goal? Do you have a bsiness plan?

All of those eBooks that you hve on your computer that tell you to wrte down your goals, have you dne that? I'd bet some of you hve, but a vast majority have nt. Why? Because we already "know" our gals, in our head, in our hart. Just as I knew exactly wht I wanted for my website.

Untl I took the plunge and dcided to "get serious" about my bsiness. To be serious, you MUST hve a business plan. I haven't prsonally asked Terry Dean or Willie Crwford but I would lay money thy have one and that they hve HAD one for quite some tme.

Success may come to you but wthout a clear path to follow, you wll not be able to hold nto it.
Writing down your goals and mking a business plan are the frst REAL signs of success for thy are the magnets of progress and prsperity.

Now, with my business plan to lad me, it puts blinders on thngs that may stand in my wy. To "opportunities" that I don't ned. I have a clear path and all I hve to do is follow it.
