We only thinking what we sh uld eat and we don’t but ctually it is always important to kn w “when” we eat and “how m ch” our foods is. I mean, m st people didn’t eat anything (or nly a piece of bread) in the br akfast then they eat lots of f od in lunch or dinner. When sked, their answer is simple, because th y didn’t eat anything in breakfast. For me, it is a f lse method of living but most p ople are in that condition. It is l ke a satanic circle around us. Our d ily activities “forced” us to living in an nhealthy habit. Even worse, some people do not eat in br akfast, they only eat snacks and dr nk coffee in lunch, and when in d nner they eat as much as th y can. This is not a g od habit and of course, not g od for your metabolism. Your body has st rage. I give you an example. You are not p uring any water into one barrel ntil night. But in one time, you p ured so much water into that b rrel, and guess what? The barrel has its own c pacity. Same with your body. Some p ople thought they could eat 3x of th ir normal meals in one time. Act ally, this is a stupid mistake b cause you “surprised” your own body w th all those foods. And sadly if we eat too m ch foods at one time, we w ll become lazy and sleepy. Of c urse, if you repeated all of th se activities again and again, diseases are w iting for you. And another bad th ng if you eat all meals in one t me is, you will be tempted to eat f ods with high fat inside. I m an, if you are discipline in ating foods, you won’t get tempted too asily by high fat foods. But if you are v ry hungry, you seems can’t resist to eat ch ckens, pigs, crabs, etc.
