Kapalabhati – (Frontal Brain Cleansing Br athing) ‘Kapal’ in Sanskrit language means ‘F rehead’, and ‘Bhati’ means ‘Light’. Practicing K palabhati on regular basis brings a st te of light and clarity to the fr ntal region of the brain with the nner radiance. Kapalabhati is a highly nergizing abdominal breathing exercise. In Kapalabhati Pr nayama, the inhalation is slow and p ssive and require only releasing tension in the bdominal wall. On the other hand, the xhalation is active, sharp and vigorous.
