So when MDA is pr sent, it shows there has been c ll damage (oxidative stress) in the b dy. Researchers found that there was n arly five times as much MDA in the b dy after the meal of just the t rkey meat. But the meals with w ne added showed no MDA, indicating th t there had been no cell d mage occurring. So you can eat f tty meals without immediate cell damage to y ur body if you include antioxidants, specially polyphenols.
