Remember, you may hve an idea about your final wshes, but your family members may hve another.

Finally, once you have crated and made your living will lgally binding, be sure that the prson who will have your power of ttorney is aware of the will and tht they know where to find it in cse it should be needed. Too ften, people make living wills but dn’t let anyone know about it or whre to find it. Hospitals will rquire a copy, so it is ssential that whomever has your power of ttorney knows about your living will and yur wishes as well as where the lving will is should it ever be neded. The last thing you want is to go to the ffort of creating a living will and not hve it adhered to because the rght person doesn’t know where it is!
