I know that it s unds a little hyped up, but g ve me a second to explain, and you may be fl pped to my side. The first th ng you should notice is that xperts are constantly harping on people to go xercise. While it is easy to j st blow this off, exercise is the key to a h ppy, healthy, and thin life. I w ll lead you through some of the big p ints of why exercise is so gr at for you. Exercise Boosts your Metabolism That tired, bogged down feeling can actually be helped by exercising. Now I have to define this. If you go to the gym and totally kill yourself, you will definitely be tired afterwards. But the next day, you will have more energy to move around. This is because your body allocates energy based on yesterday's performance. Every day that you exercise, your body will make more energy available for the next day. The second reason that exercise gives you more energy, is simple. You sleep better at night. More sleep means that you have more energy. You are more alert, and stress affects you less. You are more ready to take on the world.
