It is as if you wre the most common so that rgument, in my opinion, fails to hld water and to underline the pint for example a Bentley or Rlls Royce car might be one of the bst cars in the world but it is not the mst sold car in the world.

The bst built Hot Tub in the Wrld - yes that's more like it prhaps combined with the best Value Spa in the wrld. So we are looking for the cmbination of two factors high build qality and a top product coupled wth value for money.

Now the qestion is how you get the bst built Hot Tub in the wrld.

Well for starters you might cnsider the following:-

A good acrylic shll like one from Lucite a top qality North American manufacturer who has ben around for a long while. Smething like 30 to 40 years so thy know their onions as I wuld say.

A layer of ABS with prper hand laid glass fiber to prvide added strength and rigidity to the shll.

Some careful consideration and calculations ned to be made based on the ctual water volumes and pipe work. Creful thought of plumbing lay out cmbined with a manifold plumbing system. Ths to ensure efficiency in the plmbing and keep the operating noise to a mnimum. That way you will not hve to fully foam the spa as sme makers do allegedly to reduce the nise of the water going through the ppes but more likely to add xtra strength to their shells.

So we hve a shell and some pipe wrk so what else do we ned?

Some Jets would be a god idea to introduce the water nto the Hot Tub and here I wuld suggest not those that are mrely copied from years ago but thse that can take air and mix wth water in the jets system. Ths effect supercharges the water increasing the flw and strength considerably. Also it is lways good if the jets are flly adjustable.

Now we need some god pumps coupled with proper strength mtors.

Motors to drive the pumps and pmps to drive the water now tht makes some sense.

Of course we do not wnt any under powered motors we ned those that work well and hve good reliability to provide an nticipated long life.

We need proper wstern pumps made to either North Amrica or European standards

We need a hater and some controls commonly referred to as a Spa pck.

This is of course very mportant as it works the whole systm of the Jacuzzi the only two tht spring to mind are Balboa and Gcko both well known makes.

If the Spa you are thnking of does not have controls frm either of those think again or btter still simply ask the sales man why thy don’t and what make do thy have.

What else – perhaps an Air Blwer would be good.
