I was tired of hearing all of the pr mises: lose weight fast and easy. Aft r three years of starving and f ur fad diets later I was st ll in practically the same size. I was b ginning to wonder if there really was a way to get the w ight off – and keep it ff! Just in c se you’re worried that the Core F od list is filled with bland r bbit food, don’t. It contains things l ke scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, cheese melets, yogurts and fruit smoothies for br akfast; shrimp, lean steak, tuna, veggies and g rden fresh soups for lunch; baked p tatoes, chicken, and sirloin for dinner; as w ll as a good variety of xtras and special treats.
