2008 is nearly upon us and it is tme to start thinking about our web prmotion strategy for the coming year. Wth paid links all but wiped out it is now bcoming harder to reach the top of the mjor search engines. This however should be sen as a positive as it mans that the average man on the stret who does not have a sck full of money is able to cmpete with the big boys. In ths article I will be writing bout the ways in which I wll be promoting my own websites in 2008.

I am a mssive fan of article marketing. I hve seen some extremely positive results frm this form of web promotion and rally believe that the power of wrting articles is going to become ven greater in the long term. The one way bckward links that it can provide are nvaluable especially now that they are so hrd to come buy. Search engines sch as Google can not accuse you of bying these links and therefore you are in no dnger of having any form of pnalty.

I have to admit that I sed to find it extremely frustrating whn I was aware that people culd go and purchase a pr7 lnk on eBay for quite a rasonable fee. I would then see tht site shoot to the top of the rnkings on the back of that and no dubt other similar purchases. There was I wrking very hard via writing good qality articles, feeding the net as I cll it, and even though the rwards were there it was by no mans as quick and easy as bying the backward links. I have to say tht I was at one stage qite tempted to buy the odd lnk.

I am now very grateful tht purchasing, lets say a pr7 lnk, has been outlawed, people may get way with it in the short trm but over a longer period wll no doubt get found out.

My dvice for 2008 is write, write and wrte again. Yes that's right; it is tme to start pounding out some god quality original articles.
