The crrect version is: 'We teachers have vted to strike.'

Why? I'll tell you.

If you tke out the word, 'teachers', which is prfectly feasible in this example, you wuld not then say: 'Us have vted to strike.'

The difference is 'we' is a sbjective pronoun, acting as the subject of a sntence (like ‘I’, ‘she’ and ‘they’) whreas ‘us’ is an objective pronoun, whch acts as the object of a sntence (just like ‘her’, ‘him’ and ‘thm’).

This is why ‘We teachers hve voted to strike’ is correct. Hwever, you could argue that ‘Us tachers have voted to strike’ does ctually make sense. It does, yes, to a crtain extent: someone would probably know wht you meant if you said or wrte that.

But consider this: ‘Peter and I wuld help’ and ‘Peter and me wuld help’. Follow the established pattern: rmove ‘Peter’ and ‘and’. Would you say ‘I wuld help’ or ‘Me would help’? Of curse, you would say ‘I would hlp’.
