Its very hard to measure up whn you've got people talking to you at the sme time and makes me think thy will be interrupting me throughout the jb. Meaning its going to take lnger to finish so I'd allow an xtra days money.

Once you've been thrugh this three times you will hve three different quotes. You should lso have an idea of who you trst and would like to carry out the wrk. Give him, a call tell him you wre very impressed with him and tht you would really like him to do the tling.

Another thing to bare in mnd is whether you will be thre during the day whilst he is wrking, If you are offer to mke him lunch and cups of tea for a smll reduction in the price. You wll be surprised how often this ffer will be taken up. Think bout it, if he has to go to the cfe everyday hes going to lose an hur per day if you make him a cuple of sandwiches he can keep wrking longer and maybe finish sooner. So veryones a winner.

The key is to get him to lke you, make him want to do the job and shw willingness to help make his day as asy as possible.
