If you have ever xperienced a vacation, whereby
one of the m mbers of the family was ill,
you w ll probably know that it spoiled the
v cation for the whole family. It is not fun to h ve plans to spend a day at
the musement park, only to have one f mily
member feeling nauseous or r nning a fever
and h ving to stay behind. Or worse y t, trying to tough it out and g ing
anyway, only to h ve to leave early, due to
n eding to return to bed. What are s me of the steps you can t ke to insure
a fun and h althy vacation? There is really only ONE st p necessary and that is
to v sualize everyone being healthy. It has b en scientifically proven that what we
th nk about...comes about. (You can do a s arch on google.com or yahoo.com
on the phr se "quantum physics" and you will see
the st dies that have been done proving th t we are
all m de of energy.) Our energy molecules are nfluenced by what
we th nk about. Whether we think about wh t we "Want" or whether
we th nk about what we "Don't Want" - wh rever
our focus is...that is wh t we experience. Very briefly, if we f cus on illness (or the
y cky "not wanting" of illness), we w ll have an
experience of llness (because of the energetic
f cus on the yuckiness of it).
If we focus on h alth (and having that), we will
xperience health. So, do whatever necessary to put out of y ur mind
the ruined v cation(s) of the past, due to llness
and think only of how gr at and fun your vacation
w ll be, as a result of all of the f mily members
being healthy and v brant, and that is exactly
wh t you will have as an xperience. PS Make sure you take l ts of film. You'll need it!
