1. Upload new, original, and seful content often. Do not think of y ur Web site as a virtual br chure. Avoid blatant ads such as b nners, which turn visitors off. Give th m information only they can't find nywhere else—and give it free. People w nt and need how to's, especially.
Always th nk benefits when you post some new rticle. Helping your visitors get what th y want will bring their trust and r spect as an expert, and eventually, br ng you profit from your book, ther products, or service.
2. Upd te your Web site content regularly and ften, perhaps daily or weekly. If s meone visits your site and finds n thing new, they will disappear into cyb rspace and spend their time on ther sites.
