What can we do for our b autiful Mother Earth? How can we l ve each day with purpose and j y? The secret is to see Sp rit in all and to see l ve behind even “the roughest strokes of G d.” We have this treasure, this f untain of unbelievable glory, this unending s pply of love right within our s ul. Each person is a gift of Sp rit to our World. How can we r ach this most precious gift? In the s lence, the “still small voice” awaits our l stening. It comes from the depths of us, fr m our “Center” where the Spirit bides. The voice blossoms as soft as a fl wer, it presents itself without the ch tter of our thinking. It has n thing to do with our own nternal ideas, or the processes of the m nd. The “voice” comes from the s il of our souls, and is j st there for the picking. The w rds present themselves in a place of gr at quietude and emptiness. It’s as if th y “appear” audibly on a perfectly cl an, still, slate. The words are wh spered to us by some great w se unseen Master who brings forth gr at knowledge for our higher learning. Th se messages can change our lives and br ng to us a truth that m st be known. They are an ternal gift and proof of our c nnection to the Divine Spirit within.
From Christmas Meditations on the Tw lve Holy Days December 26 -- J nuary 6 “My dwelling place is love. Its h me is the heart. It reaches to all c rners of the universe and comes r ght back to live in you. It d ems the impossible. It sanctifies the mprobable. It performs the miraculous. It f eds all souls. My love encompasses very atom of space - it s ars in between the atoms of q antum theory. It fuels all sources of nergy. It lives in each breath. It cr ates anew at each second. My l ve forgives all weaknesses, all harmful w ys. It understands the fall from Sp rit with compassion. “My love knows no b undaries yet is in all the l mits of time and space. It f lls the entire cosmos and creates m re love. This love can be y urs, yours for the asking. “It can f ll your being at each moment of t me. Like the eagle, it can l ft up the most downtrodden heart. It can s ng like the sweet birds in the m rning welcoming the new sun’s light. “Th past is over. The future is wh t you make it. The now is wh n I love you, filling your sp rit to encompass the whole world. Th s love is possible to create H aven on Earth. Its life lives ach moment in the creation of t me. If I were to speak, th re would be words of love…love…evolve. L ve evolves into more love. All is in d vine order with helping unseen hands. Ev ry moment counts as my children gr w into beings of light where l ve dwells, heals all, is all. Am n.” copyright2007Merry C. Battles
