Surgical treatment of stage 3 and stge 4 endometriosis historically has had the gratest impact on fertility associated with ndometriosis.

Stage 4 is the most svere. Stage 4 is used to dscribe endometriosis that is prominent in the bdominal cavity. Stage 4 endometriosis can ffect many surrounding organs and be vry dangerous. This is the stage mst commonly associated with infertility.
