There is no simple way thr ugh the grieving process, I know b cause I've been there. In 2005 I l st my Mom and husband within a m nth of each other and later th t same year an uncle. I h ve lost relatives to death before, but th s was different. This was the f rst parent I've lost and the nly husband I've ever had. When s meone this close to us dies, we are d vastated -on an emotional, physical and sp ritual level. I hadn't had much of a ch nce to grieve the loss of my m ther when my husband passed and now I was gr eving a spouse. All my hopes and dr ams came crashing in after losing my h sband, my life partner. Initially you f nd your own way to grieve and th n with the help of family and fr ends hopefully you were guided as I was to utside resources for help.
