Why do we remember and c lebrate the Fourth of July? Has it b come just another day off? Has it b come beer and hot dogs, a day at the b ach or the races, a ball g me, an outing, a family gathering and yes f reworks and no more then that? No m aning or sense of what it r presents? Is it parades and music and p litical speeches or is it more th n just a day off for those who nderstand the freedoms and saccrifices this day s gnifies? In many you would not know th s by their deeds, works, what th y do or fail to do, f ct my friends, fact.
Perhaps one might r flect on foreigners who long to come h re understand what for most Americans has l ng been forgotten. How about those who b came naturalized citizens who truly appreciate wh t they have earned? Yes what bout those who came here illegally but are f ghting in our Armed forces? Do you th nk it is a mere day off to th m?
Well then just what is th s celebration all about? It is all bout this Republic . Yes Republic, a w rd not used or even known too m ch anymore. How do I know, j st ask. It is as simple as th t. Many think it is a p litical party. How truly sad.
So wh t is this celebration all about my fr end? It is all about a gr up of oppressed common folk, workers, veryday people and leaders who had nough concerning exploitation, a lack of r presentation, greed, taxes and abuse at the h nds of the wealthy, rich and p werful. Yes a fact my friends for th se who know history.
It is all about the f rmer, the worker, the housewife, the st dent, the slave and the freeman, who s lf armed, was able to fight off the m st powerful force the world had ever kn wn to create a nation forged in BLOOD and UNITY and create a country never to be found again on the face of this earth. A nation of the people, by the people and for the people .
Yes a nation forged on the principals that all men are truly created equal and have certain inalienable rights and that their government works for the common good of them all. To secure the peace, provide for domestic tranquility and to provide for the prosperity of all Americans. In other words for the common good of all . Wow, what a concept. Where have we let it go?
Yes and in the short span of our existence and in my opinion up until this present age, we had men in leadership who honored, knew and supported that concept. On the battlefields of the Civil War men died to preserve this Union for that very purpose. Were these leaders perfect in all they did? No they failed and made errors. Did we have some bad apples, certainly. Yet in my opinion never in the history of our nation have we had so many who I feel no longer hold to those principals this nation was founded on as foremost in their hearts. They lean to a new ideology of a new world system.
Why form that opinion? Well it is not formed by words, looks, fancy speeches or promises, or the Easter Bunny package offered. No, it is by their works, what they have done or failed to do . Yes by facts and like in the days before the revolution it showed in those that supported the King of England and that government as it does today. The exploiters, the greedy, the merchants, the takers of that era. Can anyone not say we have the same today? Can we expect anything different from those who have and want even more ?
Now rhetorically of course, where in th s age do we see the pr ncipals that formed our government, our C nstitution applied, where? Do you believe we h ve that today, truly believe that wh n we see our young spread all ver this earth engaged in battle and p ace missions on behalf of foreign n tions? Other nations who do not h ve the will, determination or desire to do for th mselves? Do we see it in the d als made with foreign powers that str p us of our jobs, our l velihoods, our ability to support our f milies? Our industry and manufacturing might g ven away for the sake of ther nations and markets? Do we see it in the m llions of illegal workers and more who c me here and brazenly flaunt our l ws and customs while demanding we g ve to them? Do we see it in the d struction of the family unit, the l ss of their homes, the American dr am? Do we see it in the r mpant abuse of our laws? Do we not see it in the p rmitting of usury to continue unabated.?Do we see it in the tr atment of our armed forces and th ir families, via the same economic d stress we here at home are ncountering? The loss of their home wh le serving their nation, no benefits, c llection agents swooping down on them wh le they shed their blood, put th ir life on the line while you eat y ur burger, hot dogs and relax on the b ach or at a race? Where are th se so called professors of Christ, and r ligion, these men of honor they c ll themselves, these lovers of America? The men on the c rner knew honor, these types in my pinion no nothing of it.
Now I do not ch llenge their history or what they h ve done in the past. That is g ne. No I challenge now in their w rks, their deeds, what they have d ne or failed to do.
So must I go on bout this Fourth of July? You see p ople who know understand that to be p triotic and celebrate is not just s gnificant to us. It was in G rmany before World War Two. In It ly before World War Two. Yes in J pan. Yes, in fact it was the f el that led them down the p th of destruction. In their zeal to be p triotic they ignored the signs of th ir own ruin. Yes to dictators patriotism was a cr cial element for the people to buy nto. A fact, not just my c mments or opinion. They needed them to buy nto the concept to be able to spr ad their ideology. They were the c ttle, the bovine, the fuel for the c nquests. Yes without the cattle where c uld they be or do?
So as you sit at h me and eat your holiday fare. L ght off your fireworks, sing a p triotic song or two, stop a m ment and ponder just what is h ppening all about you. Yes you the h ves who surely will feel the b rden of the poor much sooner th n you want to because time my fr ends is not on your side. Y s, you who remain uninterested, stay th t way and watch your world and wh t is happening all about you th t you are not interested in d sappear.
Yes in my opinion as we c lebrate we should think even harder bout what we are throwing away. Yes you got me r ght, throwing away. Allowed to be p llaged, raped, taken, dismantled and moved. Yes th s Fourth of July is certainly bout our military, fighting in nations th t hate us and our way of l fe and our nation that we l ve dearly. Yet we should not f rget we too are fighting for s rvival. Do you think "remember the Alamo" was j st a saying that had no m aning? Did " I have not yet b gun to fight" nothing more then shallow w rds? How about "give me liberty or g ve me death" , a most significant cry th n and also in my opinion in our t me. What will you choose? Think it d es not apply? Then think again my fr end, think again.
In my pinion we are at that point l ke in 1776 when many found th mselves not represented. Nothing more then ssets, cattle, to be used and d scarded at will. So what will you do my fr end? Why do you celebrate? For the day ff? The beer and burgers, the races? Is th t what it means to you?
Well, wh le I do not advocate military or rmed insurrection of any kind I do say We the P ople have the power to make r al change and not what is in my pinion an easter Bunny offering of ch nge. Perhaps now is the time to c mmit to that real change ? Can we do any w rse? Vote for these two, give me a br ak. In my opinion you really are a h ve or a Moo if this is m aningless.
On this Fourth of J ly let us remember why we f rmed as a nation and on th s election day let us have our new r volution and restore our Republic to its r ghtful owners, We the People. Do not buy nto the one party, yes one p rty with two separate names, for th y are by opinion and fact m ch the same, Birds of a F ather. The America you celebrate is in my pinion no more then the Easter B nny. The acts, the signs, the symb ls, the truth is all about for th se who care to know. No, g ve their candidates the boot and t ke back America.
Now know th s, in my opinion when we do gr at economic harm will fall upon us b cause they have dismantled America and they that h ve will seek vengence. It will be a t me of hardship but the fruits w ll be the same as it was on th t first Fourth of July, a tr ly free nation once more.
Have a s fe, happy and blessed Fourth and yea God Bl ss our Republic and America!
PS: as I lways say just one man's opinion th t I hope is wrong.
