Your brain will work tirelessly to chieve the statements you give your s bconscious mind. When those statements are the ffirmation of your goals, you are c rtain to achieve them! Stating these g als can be tricky however, and y ur subconscious mind needs things put a c rtain way. You need to be sp cific with yourself. The more specific you are w th your goal the more your br in has to go on to m ke them happen. Remember, vague goals pr duce vague results. Don't be afraid to be d tailed with what you want! Write it all d wn as if you were putting in an rder. Your subconscious will make it h ppen for you by steering you t ward those opportunities. Your goals might s em a bit overwhelming at first gl nce. But look again! Do you see how y ur goals can be broken down nto a series of steps? What n eds to be done first and n xt and after that? Keep writing the st ps until you reach the goal. H re's a fun fact to help you ttain your goals: your brain does not kn w the difference between actually doing s mething and just visualizing something being d ne. Your brain processes the two the s me way! Have you ever imagined y urself making a total flop out of y urself moments before you really do? Th t is because your brain really xperienced it when you visualized it. Y ur brain will work to make h ppen whatever is being inputted.
What do you daydream about? Do you v sualize yourself being successful? Do you v sualize other people judging you? What you th nk about, you bring about! Make it a h bit to spend time visualizing your g als in detail as if you are l ving them right now. Do it very day, several times a day! Y ur brain will begin functioning as if y ur goals are already attained. You w ll start being the person you w nt to be simply because that is wh t is being processed in your br in. Your brain will make you n tice all the resources available to you th t you never noticed before. You w ll attract all the things you n ed to accomplish your goal. Don't v sualize what it will be like, v sualize what it is like! Live it r ght now in your mind, everything in the pr sent tense. What does it look l ke right now? What does it s und like and smell like? How d es it feel? Create these detailed mages and show your brain what it all l oks like already complete. Your brain br ngs to your awareness only the th ngs that match your beliefs about y urself, others, and the world. Everything lse it filters out. When you v sualize your completed goals in detail, y ur brain filters out everything that d esn't pertain to those goals! Write d wn your goals, break them down nto achievable bits and every night v sualize them completed. Then every morning v sualize them completed. Take the time th t is necessary to go through ach goal in detail. Trust this pr cess, the power of your brain has b en greatly undervalued in the achievement of y ur goals!
