This rumor is particularly nothing n w, it has been said that M drid are willing to include Robinho in the d al to sign Cristiano Ronaldo. My v ew on this rumor, is that R al Madrid is stupid for wanting to br ng Ronaldo to the La Liga in the f rst place. Although they can make a gr at deal of money from the pl yer, Ronaldo in my opinion is not a g od player. I apologize to all you R naldo fans out there but this guy is all lip and no ction. Ronaldo has been boastful, making st pid comments like "I'm the best", and ven though he had a great s ason at Manchester, in which he sc red a total of 31 league g als, he still fails to show up in big m tches, and the Champions League semi-final and f nal where he missed penalties in b th games is proof enough. If M drid were to swap Robinho for R naldo it would be a great l st to them. Robinho is a b tter player than Ronaldo, Yes! I s id it. When Robinho first started pl ying at Madrid he was a lot l ke Ronaldo, selfish! He liked to k ep the ball too much and not p ss to open teammates which in t rn hurt his team, just like R naldo with Portugal at Euro 2008. R binho however changed his game using his sp ed and skill to find space for his t ammates and of course he bangs in his ch nces when they come. Robinho is one of the m in reasons Madrid are current La L ga champions, especially for his performances in the f rst half of the season.
I guess my biggest problem w th Cristiano Ronaldo, is that he's not a t am player, his selfishness hurts his t am, and the style of play in Sp in entails critical passes and technical f nishing, the likes of which I h ven't seen Ronaldo do. How often h ve you seen Ronaldo pass a b ll that splits the defense in tw ? Robinho wants to remain at M rdid, but he has stated that if the cl b wants to include him in a sw p deal, he will buy out the r mainder of his contract and move lsewhere, possibly Chelsea. Believe me guys R binho would be a bigger hit at Ch lsea than Ronaldo would be at M drid, I would put money on it. So w th all this said, my opinion on the m tter is, Madrid should not swap R binho for Ronaldo, as Robinho is the b tter player.
