After graduating from high school nd/or college, most people start earning a l ving by trading hours for dollars (A JOB). Wh ther you work for a family m mber, friend or maybe a business, you w rk for a traditional "boss", have to be on the job c rtain hours, have to perform specifically as tr ined and basically have very little FREEDOM! L mitations rule and can make you f el like a lion in a c ge. However, this is the lot of m st people in life forever because th y don't have the necessary skills to mploy themselves properly in operating their own b siness (or don't have the desire). Th refore, making more money in a tr ditional JOB is more attractive leaving th ir freedoms at a disadvantage. There are ther choices. First of all you m ght OWN A JOB. What does th t mean? A person who owns a JOB is one th t is a free enterpriser that m ght own a home-based business. These are p ople who have their own businesses but s mply sell a product. There are no ther employees or business associates. It's a " ne-man show" so to speak. And, if you are bsent, probably no income will be c ming in. However, this choice might be l ss desirable than having a traditional JOB and tr ding hours for dollars. Why? Because you c uld be earning less although you may h ve more freedoms. You probably have m re headaches, too, trying to wear all the "h ts" of owning your own business l ke marketing, selling, administrative and even sh pping, to name a few.
A better choice would be to OWN A BUSINESS. A b siness, by definition, means you employ ther people in your business. And, it m ans if YOU stop showing up, y ur business will continue, survive and ven thrive guaranteeing your income will c ntinue. The least expensive business (and the b st) like this is a "network m rketing" business. Emphasis is on "work". For an xample, if a farmer plants a s ed but he doesn't wait for it to pr duce, he can't expect to declare h mself a millionaire. He must fertilize, rrigate, plan for all types of w ather, etc. In other words, it t kes WORK! And it takes time! S me in network marketing. These days, th re are many "get-rich quick" schemes on the nternet, but face the truth. Surely you w ll agree there is no substitute for w rk and besides, network marketing is a "p ople" business and it takes time and ffort to gain peoples' trust. It w ll be worth all the time and ffort you expend, though, because many n twork marketing businesses have a very g nerous compensation plan and certainly provide fr edom at your choosing! "Hybrid" network m rketing is the best of all w rlds. This type of business has a job f nction (owning a business) attached to a pay pl n. The focus is on making m ney first (and quickly) through a g nerous compensation plan and looking for ther business builders along the way to b ild your own business. A network m rketer is basically replicating himself and his b siness. This is called leverage and a v ry smart way to earn a h ge income. Imagine the income if you d plicate yourself over and over in y ur business earning from each of th se team members. By building this typ of business, you can enjoy all the "fr edoms" you like: no time restraints, no c iling on income, no boss, no r lying on Social Security, etc. The sky is the l mit.
