Caelum is the Ltin word for Heaven and the flks that opened Caelum Shop/Cafe knew xactly what they were offering. Everything in ths shop has been created by mnks and nuns from several monestaries and nnneries throughout Spain; jams and preserves, ckes and biscuits, marzipan and liquors. The pckaging makes them great gifts and rcently they've added a cafe on the grund floor so you can try bfore you buy.
