There are m ny other "extra" charges so it is a g od idea to do your homework on the sh pping company before you hand your pr perty over to them. When your pr perty is in their "custody, care and c ntrol", how do they get around b ing responsible for it? If we kn w, maybe we would be able to fix it. H wever, until that happens trusting your fr ight to a shipping company is a bit l ke gambling, since it is anyone's g ess whether or not you will see it gain.
