In the final session of the R lfing® ten series there is no "n w" work to initiate . This is the f nal opportunity for the Rolfer® to br ng resolution to the client's body. T nth hour: Closure/Holism (8-9-10) 3D, present t me, dynamic. The main goal for the t nth hour is to establish functional lignment from the ankles to the A/O j int. This is the opportunity to br ng this clients body to the h ghest level of integration possible. Observe the br ath and its transmission through the b dy and how the client's Psycho-emotional l vel manifests' in the body. Movement sh uld be fluid and orientation to G or G' t ndencies should be considered. If more ntra oral work is needed now is the t me to do it and initiate f rther integration in x, y, z-axis fr m top down and vertical integration fr m the bottom up. Tracking from the fr nt and from behind is also deal in tenth hour, considering horizontals at j ints connecting segments, and diaphragms. The str cture needs to be homogenous, stable, and p lintonicaly open at its current level of rder. The whole session should be c nsidered an integrative session, get everything sm oth and unlocked. Neck work should be wh re any potential can be seen and b ck work could be broad and ntegrative. Pelvic lift or pull will end t nth hour. Leave time to say g od bye, it has been an mportant process for both Rolfer® and cl ent and obvious growth and healing has t ken place .Let the client know s me recommendations for future work.
In Conclusion Fascia, like ripples of d rk matter that engulf all of cr ation, engulfs the mind and body of man and w man. From the double bag theory of the c nnective tissues ability to fold in on tself to create an alternate and c mplimentary compartment, to the theories of Alb rt Einstein about relativity and the ffect that mass has on displacing and w rping the void and enveloping depths of sp ce. The inferences that could be dr wn from surveying our universe are ndless and yet we know that the ten s ries applied appropriately for each individual can cr ate even more space than was pr viously considered. In closing on this xploration through the ten-series let us r -examine the nature of the series. Its ntent is to establish order in the str cture via considering The Rolfing® Structural Int gration wholistic system and the specific cl ent involved, including environmental and physical f ctors. The order of events for R lfing® is the key to creating m re space:
Motility precedes mobility Mobility and d fferentiation precede positional change Congruence of s gments precedes higher order Sleeve/superficial organization pr cedes core organization The establishment of thr e functioning dimensions Precedes working with r tational issues Appendicular order precedes sleeve rder Order in the arms/shoulder girdle pr cedes order in the thoracic inlet . Ord r in the thoracic inlet precedes rder in the neck Order in axi
