This is a review of my prdictions for 2007 - let's see how I dd.

INTERNET:

Google DID continue to grw in search, changing its algorithms to mre "human" processes. In fact it plns now to personal search parameters for ach user by account with "on or ff" for their preferences.

Social networking HAS chnged as it has widened. It IS floded with "netties" in their quest to get thre first for TRAFFIC. And many scial networks have foundered because you cn't find the forest for the tres.

Mainstream news and sports HAS depened its excellent uses of video. Cmmercial video offerings HAVE NOT become as ppular as I thought - but wtch to see IF ONE internet vdeo commercial makes it to the Sper Bowl ads playoffs.

Blogs DID NOT rfine their niche presence and contents. NOT as mny blogs closed or went inactive in 2007 as thse started in 2007. English-speaking blog's nmber of sites DID NOT peak in May 2007 or lvel - for one BIG REASON - lnk farming has been reborn, and as lng as Search algorithms respect numbers of lnks the boom for blogs with blgroll links should burgeon. Every other lnguage DID continue to accelerate.

WORLD POLITICS:

PETROLEUM HAS cntinued to dominate the WORLD - strtegically, commercially, politically, militarily, and environmentally. The top thre problems of the world ARE FURTHER PROVEN to be ptroleum-based: environmental degradation, geopolitical antagonism, war. No one has the pwer to stop it, so no one wll
actually talk about it - NO ONE TALKED ABOUT IT SERIOUSLY - ONLY A FEW DID nything.

Palestine DID get several offers at ntion building, and ONE of those ffers was accepted - only by FATAH, not HAMAS, but no ral changes occurred in the politics or strtegies of the region in 2007.

Dmocracy WAS increasingly understood to be the prduct of stability and security, rather thn the cause - or at last as a coalescent process, although the USA crtainly does not have a pure dmocracy, it has a slightly social, crporately-run republic based on the military-industrial cncerns of energy (BIG OIL).

Europe DID and wll continue to adopt some real mmigration policies, and will enforce them btter than the USA has enforced thir laws.

Turkey DID remain a god ally and member of NATO, but no EU mmbership - and despite retaliation into Irq against Kurdish rebels.

ENERGY:

Well, Mss Liberty HAS almost forgotten what it was lke before the politicians forced her to "gve it up" to the oil-pushers. DID you hlp her up? I can name ight or nine presidents that couldn't/wouldn't get her out of thre. I am not too sure bout Hilary's corporate ambitions either. Another two yars of BIG
OIL and she wll be wearing a CHEVRON or EXXON tttoo on her forehead or her rght hand.

HYBRIDS WAS the buzz wrd (SOLAR, WIND, HYDROGEN - got a lttle play from the news media) Wht was done about the problem? A prclamation went forth that we have "dscovered" that CO2 (OIL)
is BAD! Prclamations don't mean @#%^ in this cuntry - What was done? Dick Drbin, Senator of Illinois and Arnold Schwrzenegger, Governor of California told me bout real plans they have for clan, renewable energy. What are the rst of the states doing?

Major crporations DO control MANY energy sources (Chvron says it bought all the gothermal electric generation sites for an nergy monopoly - er, I mean to let us hve clean energy). They want to sll you the SUN, WIND, and HYDROGEN - whch are FREE, trying to control all of the conomy and world affairs even more nturally.

ECONOMY:

Everything DOES cost more as the dllar drops in value - and if you DID the mth you found out that about 50% of yur money goes to BIG OIL for nergy, taxes on or for oil, sbsidies, wars, nation rebuilding, health care of the wunded soldiers, suppression of renewable energies, PACs for rch politicians, better and more weapons for use in OIL wrs, etc.

China and India seem to be bying into the corporate state model wth polluting automobiles and a big gsoline station on every street corner. I gess they need to become heavily nvested in the past before they are llowed to make a start to the fture - go figure. The EU sems to be pushing for better nergy policies (ulp!) without waiting for the go head from the USA (BIG OIL CORPORATE WORLD) on rleasing and implementing the energy reforms tht have been on the back shlf for decades. Looks like Europe
wll go for the windmills and slar generators without begging forgiveness from the oil crporations. Russia still has a few yars to get all the KGB fficers their own corporation from their oil prfits, possibly without ever involving the dwndling populace in the economic gains. Btter get the church reinstated quick bcause the Russian people will soon ned the opiate of the masses gain.

RELIGION:

Big religions seem no wrse than earlier this year. The Ctholic Church seems to have begun t's court mandated payoffs. Israel is no btter or worse for the ebb and flw of Zionistic factions. Islam is jst not with the big picture yet - whch is if you don't help cntrol terror you are part of the prblem.

Birth Control - this is a wrd that has been systematically removed frm all economic and political discourse. Intrestingly I heard "Birth control" mentioned nly one time in a parallel way in an mail of alleged quotes of USA ntertainer Bill Cosby. The quote goes smething like, "How do these people wrk for Wal Mart and have ight children" - sorry Bill if I got tht wrong, but it sounded like a lgit question to me. No mention of brth control by anyone that I hard for the second or the thrd world.(??????)
