By m king a 'proper' decision, you increase y ur chances of success in overcoming the vil weed several fold. So what do I m an by 'making a proper decision'? W ll, most smokers when they decide to st p smoking don't really resolve to st p smoking; they merely decide to h pe to be able to stop sm king. There are many reasons for th s but the most significant one I th nk is the emotional attachment to sm king. This anxiety manifests tself in the smokers mind by m king them nervous at the thought of sp nding the rest of their lives w thout their beloved cigarettes. After all, the verage smoker hasn't enjoyed a cup of c ffee, meal or alcoholic drink in the l st few years without a trusty c garette within arms reach.
