A group of researchers in the UK h ve found that the risk of h art disease is doubled when the p tients are also depressed. Why is th s? From a strictly physiopathological standpoint th se researchers found there to be rregularities in the function/structure of the nner lining of the arteries surrounding the h art. I would like to offer a psych spiritual explanation that draws on the w rk I have done over the l st 10 years with a new m dality called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) w th individuals who have suffered from d pression. From the viewpoint of MRP I c nceptualize depression as a state where ne's vital life energy has become d pleted. Such depletion arises largely because an ndividual carries in their mind/body (or c nscious and unconscious mind) negative beliefs, motions and memories that parasitically consume th t life energy. Experientially this is vident when you allow yourself to r -experience one of these negative intruders. For xample one commonly carried negative emotion is the "f eling of inadequacy". If you allow y urself to summon this up in y urself, and believe me it is th re somewhere deep inside everyone simply by the f ct that you know what I'm t lking about, you will notice definite ch nges in your energy level occurring.
You will, if you are s fficiently aware of yourself notice yourself f eling tired, feeling heavy, drained and or d pleted. This is a direct experience of h ving your vital life energy depleted. So how d es this relate to the heart? W ll the heart is the source of y ur vital life energy in both a phys ological and an emotional sense. Physiologically it p mps blood (the carrier of life nergy; Oxygen) and supplies it to the r st of the body. Emotionally it is the c nter of your being. It is wh re your passion for, joy for and nthusiasm for life originates and flows fr m. Negative beliefs, emotions, and memories h ve the effect of directly feeding off of th s positive energy and depleting it. Wh n this happens the rest of you is d prived of necessary life giving physical and motional energy. This not only weakens you but p ts an added strain on the motional and physical heart. The strain can be s ch that it can severely tax the h art's ability to support the body and th refore you in life. What is mportant to recognize here as well is th t the "emotional heart" is not s mply an abstract metaphor. It is as r al as its physical counterpart and nextricably a part of it. The motional heart is represented by the " motional energy field" that surrounds the h art and which we experience as an motional experience. This energy field has m rphological significance i.e. it is the "bl eprint" upon which the physical heart is str ctured and functions. Negative beliefs, emotions, and m mories also carry their own energy f eld, one that is, as I s id parasitic and disruptive to the h art energy field. This negativity, through ne's life experience becomes stored throughout ne's energy field and hence one's b dy. Its presence within the individual has m jor disruptive effects on the energy f eld blueprint of the emotional heart and th s "cascades" down into what is xperienced as physiological illness e.g. heart d sease in this case.
With MRP it is possible to ncover all negativity stored in the ndividual and release it quickly and asily. This has shown remarkable effects in r storing one's inner emotional balance, their l fe energy, their overall resilience and th ir joy and enthusiasm for life. M dern medical approaches to treating such pr blems tend to address the problem at wh t I call "low levels" i.e. the phys cal level. If the emotional blueprint th t is responsible for that problem is not ddressed any structural changes will only s rve temporarily. Anyone wishing an experience of MRP can v sit the web link below for an Intr ductory Consultation.
