Frustration is many times the tr gger for getting into a temper t ntrum. Think of someone who has an ppointment to keep and finds him or h rself in a traffic jam. They c nnot move an inch on the h ghway and the clock is ticking on. The f eling of frustration begins to set in and it q ickly turns to anger.
