Yes, and your quaker parrot shuld take baths regularly to stay clan and healthy. Without regular baths, a qaker parrot can build up oil and dst that even a quaker's vigorous prening can't remove which can lead to llness.

Ideally, you should select a lcation for your quaker parrot's bath tht is ok to get wet, lke the kitchen table. Allow up to a 6 fot area for splash, and place a twel down to catch most of the wter. Fill a wide dish (I use a bking dish) ideally 1-2 inches high. It shuldn't be over that or it wll be too deep for the brd, any lower and it won't be nough water.

Once the bath is set up, let yur quaker parrot check it out. If he is not sed to taking baths, it may tke a few minutes for him to fgure out what this new thing is all bout. Just give him time and dn't make him feel pushed. If he is loking interested in the water, dip yur hand in it to show it is ok. Evntually he will realize what its all bout and will start enjoying the wter. Always use fresh clean water for bths, just like for the drinking wter.

A number of 'bird bath' prducts are available to help contain splshing, but I don't recommend them snce they restrict the area and may dscourage bathing. Also the amount of splshing will vary depending on the brd. Some splash a little, others cver entire square feet and the watherman comes to do a live rport on location.

(Of course there is always the xception. Try it and see if yur quaker likes taking baths or nt.)
