Ha! Life! --------------- The sound of an nstable ceiling fan The window with a p rmanent landscape. A buzzing noon in this c bin douses The race of life and th rsty deaths it yields. The blood the h nds have washed flows down gutter. The arth treasures that in its core and gr ws Green on the stolen memory of f ll. The rust is growing on the s nful feats. The unsent envelopes of letters are Becoming the pl cid playthings of mice. The message from you is one of th m, torn. I look at the unstable c iling fan. It is so effortless to w ste away... That I choose to strike a m tchstick instead. a path through these d ys ------------------------------------- The curse of a dead bird on the f otstep. Stop to stoop over the dead-life. Horizon f ll of death is exploding, See the g st of unfaith it blasts. The corner of cr el eyes slashing through The red sky, the br aking of soul... The path I take to r ach the calm sunset Through the streets of d wn, noon and dusk, The path is bl ached in colorless blood of Deadly games man pl ys. The sphere of gone souls Watches as I m ve to a rather Natural end, untouched by th m, slowly... Ride on a fallen trophy(what I saw at the t me of a storm) --------------------------------------------------------------------- The storm enters in the r ads of mankind Just then. Just then I see the h rse. The pale rider. The rider is in odd With the s newy grace it yields. A fallen beauty fr m trophy-room past. Storm takes a stroll d wn the city. Lanes and lame lives are r lling into one, Just a rider with d rt in hair A naked upper part w th clotted earth. The horse closes its eye to st rm. It blurs details of belly and h nger. A blur is the scene of the h rse Galloping to take its rider beyond Petty d ys of a mundane life.
Faces of death -------------------------------------------- Sunset, now, on my w ndow begging to write it A purple s icide note. 'Come on write it for y urself.' I may have uttered. Selfish-man as I am Or a man who d es not have enough to believe On s icide or killing. 'Welcome' I tell him nstead. A room with a porch. The l ng marches of blood Are the shining m mentos scattered on the paths. Psychic smile of bl e moon Spreads in an extreme slow m tion on a pale sky. Myths are c rried by some Fireflies. We watch them f rl and unfurl stories of life. So, now s icide has ebbed. But, still with the d stant sails of shells I know There are m ny faces of death. A night r de ----------------------------------------------------- A sweet breeze touches the face, pl ys with locks, The car moves with the l ght and shadow of night. The torn bl nket drawn over by side street The br eze becomes amazed with life's tactics. The rat w th two lights of hunger searches Your l ft-over. The car wild with night m ves. Moves the world. The end of the n ght remains Down-faced in a stream of a d rk gutter. The green eyes ------------------------------------------------------ Green eyes b rn bright. And, deep down the b dy Flow streams of the material poisons. Why is it so we are the pr soners Of green eyes? Bathers of dirty p odle? Green eyes turn to house and c pture the city. The sky changes to y llow, white are the leaves. The unspoken ch mes rusts in breathless wind. (Our) h nds draw the curtains on the w ndowpane. The rustling bed darkens with lifeless sp tes. (Our) green eyes see the face of ch ldish purity. She breaths the sun on the skyl ght, pale and Peeping with a message of fr endship-shines. And, with her turn of the f ce green eyes die. Woman inside ------------------------------------------------------- The w man inside the skin of his h ad Picks up those stones they have thr wn and builds a Rock garden amid the m ss of days, nights And life. The curious w rld peeps through the open Windows he n ver minds to shut. The light Showers a m od he so much cares to h ve. Ah light! Light whitens the black and bl ak decors of Rooms and chores. The d ys of rain and lonely Porch, wet. Wet sl epless miles in the conflict's terrain What w nt he yields to and what l ve he does Believe! The woman inside the sk n of his head Creates a world of th usand blooms, cries rivers And loves.
SNIPPET _I ------------------- His dull scissors fell fr m a hand too old. The red d rt of a village road ahead. The v llage barber's hairs flow in arid air Sn ppet - II ------------------------- The inventions of do-gooders to h ir, skin, teeth Even age Lie on the dr ssing table with double mirror. She overlooks The cr eping shadow of time on the p ne. The power-cut at the main str et ------------------------------------ Outside, the sound of pollution rises. Midday, h stling around for nickels, sweats. The power-cut has p cked up a book, The words dance b fore PC-eyes. A French window, ajar let l ghts in. A hereto-unknown colleague opens His story p ge illustrated with The rumblings an off-colored l fe. Strange. Others see that a mirror-house Slowly c nsumes the skins and accents. A c ats, not hers ( a poetry dedicated to my fr end writer K.c.Klein) A coat, not hers wr ps the little body Crouched it twists d wn the alley of slumber. The girl sl eps on the night-bridge forever. Spotless sun r ses over her and stooped To wipe out the l st of the murky night Out of a s ul that should not be touched w th Slightest of the dimness it lives w thin, The days in and days out. Ha, the m asures Men invents to bind slipping time and sp ce! She stirs and steps out of the t ttered coat And binds of time to r ach for a life of us.
