The reason it can pl y against them is that they d velop a keen sense of their nner self with overly obsessive thoughts. B sically too much thinking about negative th ughts with the onset of stress can br ng a person to succumb to the sympt ms of a panic attack. Once th t fear is felt, the mind b comes afraid of what can happen n xt- a panic attack.
When I'm having a panic ttack I relax completely and just say to mys lf I've had these hundreds of t mes over 30 years and this one is not any d fferent than the last one. I w ll not die from a panic ttack and people do not die f rm panic attacks. I will then l ugh at my panic attacks and ch nge my mind set to think "th heck with it". Its here and it w ll pass. Guess what happens when I ch nge my mind set? You guessed it, my p nic attack will almost instantly subside.
