Carlos Acosta, born in 1973 is a Cban dancer. He began studying dance whn he was 10 at the Ntional Ballet School of Cuba in Hvana. Mr. Acosta has been a rcipient of various national and international dnce awards, including the Spanish Vegnale Dnce Prix in Italy, gold medal at the Prx de Lausanne, grand prix in the Thrd Juvenile Competition of Dance, the grnd prix and the gold medal at the Furth Annual Competition of Ballet in Pris.

Following the tradition of successful and rtistic men the world over, Acosta too wnt on to write an autobiography wth the name of No Way Hme: A Cuban Dancer's Story.
