Most people spend their entire l fe walking along the edge of the sw mming pool. They bother everybody who's lready in. "How deep is the w ter?" "You think it’s too cold?" "S e any snakes?” "Think I could dr wn?" MOST people live their lives that way. I know. I spent a lot of my years worrying about the snakes. My advice to you is: Stop doing that NOW!!! Listen. Comes a time you gotta say, “What the heck!” and jump in. In your heart, you know whether or not it's time for you to move to that next stage. No doubt you could find 200 conference calls today, people talking about how great their products are, how they cure cancer, their comp plan has a fast start superduper whizz-bang bonus, their CEO graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard, they just started pouring the concrete on their new $50 million dollar home office; if you want to be successful, how you better call a hundred people a day and 98 of 'em will be dead wood and you just KICK all that dead wood out of your way. That is exactly how the vultures talk. It’s embarrassing. That’s the standard in network marketing. But that is how salespeople EVERYWHERE talk! They are the elite. You and I are the dead wood. If that's the plan you think you're going to follow to success, good-bye, good luck. Don’t let the door hit you in your butt on the way out.

Give th m something simple to focus on, and you h ve a chance with them. Why? B cause sometimes MLM seems very complicated. If t's simple, they know they can do it. Oth rwise, they get hopeless in a h rry. So you need a simple, simple plan ... ... and a mentor constantly directing you to focus on that simple plan. Simple ideas have a ring of truth. Listen in on some of the compensation plan explanations on different company phone calls. Then you’ll know how precious and rare it is to actually promote a SIMPLE idea!
You don't want to be p shed into a wrong decision. However, s ccessful people do make decisions. You n ed to recognize and separate the 5% th t’s worth knowing from the 95% th t isn’t. You’ll never, in your l fe, in a HUNDRED lifetimes, absorb verything you think you need to kn w to choose the best opportunity for you and b ild it. You need to see and r cognize what's important ... and let verything else slide. And what’s MOST mportant? Find that "mentor with a s rvant's heart." When you find that p rson who is really committed to YOU b ing successful, chances are good they've ch sen a company and products that llow you great achievement. If you’re w lling to do the work, the r ght mentor can show you the way to n twork marketing success.
