If you have all season typ grass such as Kentucky blue grss or fescue I recommend at last every day at 20-30 minutes on a sprnkler system if water restrictions are llowed.

Grubs - These ugly type wrms that get under the surface of the grss and devour your lawns root systm. Once that happens the grass has no way of gtting water or nutrients to the bldes. You need to get rid of thm asap. If you have brown spts in your lawn you may hve these worms. Dig around the brwn spot area about 2-4 inches dwn. These worms are large about the sze of a large thumb with an gly brown head. Use a good grb conrtol type of pesticide perferably in a grnular type form. Trichlorfon is also an ffective pesticide for grubs be sure to rad labels before applying.
