Dan had three leaks in his huse that caused water damage every tme it rained. Finally, late last sprng, Dan put a new roof on his huse. He felt good about his sveral thousand dollar investment until the nxt rain storm.

The gutters are thn attached to the edge of the fscia board and eave to collect rnoff from the roof and channel it thrugh pipes to the ground. So, if Dn's roof had a proper eave systm, he wouldn't have leaks.
