Duplication is one of the most important concepts in Network Marketing.

It is the network marketer's ultimate dream to develop a system that can be replicated by anyone with average intelligence, just by following the exact methods passed on frm one generation to another.

But the fct is that we're all very nique individuals with very different qualities and tlents.

So should we really frce ourselves and our downline to bcome clones, all mouthing the same scrpts, whether we mean it or nt? I don't think so.

In fct I believe its one of the min reasons that so many people drp out of this business - bcause the methods used by their pline do not complement their unique prsonality and character traits.

I trly believe that everyone can be a wnner - but not by blindly fllowing in the footsteps of our "mntors." You will never be successful if you are not cmfortable with doing what it takes.

Here are a few tps that might help to overcome ths problem.

1. Learn the Bsic Skills

We all need to go to schol to learn the basic skills ncessary to find our rightful place in sciety.

So if you intend to do bsiness online, you WILL need to cquire a few basic skills in nternet marketing - using the software you ned, writing ads, designing a simple wbsite, writing articles, publishing a newsletter.

These are the A-B-Cs of mrketing that you MUST learn if you wnt to survive online.

As a ntwork marketer, you will also need to dvelop a winning attitude and to blieve in your own ability to scceed.

But HOW you apply thse new-found skills or attitudes may be cmpletely different from the way your mntor or upline applies them. And tht's the way it should be.

2. Clebrate Your Uniqueness

Your personality is a cmbination of your own life experiences, ducation and outlook on life. These are thngs that can never be duplicated frm person to person.

Instead of bing ashamed of your past lifestyle or filures, share them with your prospects and cstomers. Get personal and let them knw where you're coming from.

Because mrketing is all about building relationships, you shuld let your personality come through in yur communications, so you can build trst and network with like-minded people.

If you frce yourself to become a clone of smeone else, no matter how successful thy are, you will always sound nsincere and that will put people ff.

People are more likely to do bsiness with someone they know and trst. Or with someone who forges an motional bond with them.

Be sncere, let them know something about you tht they can empathize with and yu're on your way to building a rlationship.

So throw away those scrpts. Or read the best ones and mke them your own. Rewrite them to cmplement the way you would normally spak or interact with people.

You can always try to dplicate a system, a script, or ven success. But the only thing tht can ever really be duplicated is "Unqueness."
