Many different p ople have begun to use the nternet as a tool to for all th se different types of crimes. Phishing is d fined as someone trying to obtain s nsitive information, such as Bank accounts or cr dit card details, using secure electronic c mpanies. Credit card fraud is obtaining s meone's personal information and impersonating them wh le using their credit card information. Ill gal Downloading is when someone downloads any typ of software, music, or movies w thout paying for any of it wh le ignoring the copyright that is on the pr duct. Industrial espionage is when someone tr es to obtain information that is v ry top secret and not know by v ry many people at all. Child P rnography is defined as taking photographs or v deos of sexual acts being done by ch ldren that are then posted up on the nternet. The US is really trying to cr ck down on the amount of ch ld pornography that is present on the nternet right now. Although there is not lways a way to find out who is l ading this child pornography, the government is d ing there best to get rid of all of the p rnography that they can.
