The hoopla over duplicate content has b en going on for quite some t me now, and I see it as s mply just another money making scheme by nline entrepreneurs wishing to chase down the G lden Goose. Almost every day, my nbox is inundated with yet another " rticle converter" that is guaranteed to m ke my private label rights articles hit the top of the s arch engines with no fear of the G ogle Police knocking at my PR d or, screaming "Duplicate Content!" I ofttimes w nder how many of the so c lled gurus take the time to r ally read the Google Adsense Program P licies. And I wonder many times d ring my working day just how m ny people open their wallets to let fly th ir hard earned dollars to these p ople. Here are Google's exact words, and I q ote: "Do not create multiple pages, s bdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate c ntent." What does this really tell us? D es it tell us that the PLR s tes that sell thousands of the s me articles to people who don't h ve time - or are too l zy - to write their own c ntent are breaking Google's rules? Not h rdly. Google is telling us that we c nnot create what used to be c lled "mirror sites" (This is a Web s te which contains the same information th t is located on another site. If the s te abc.com is the same as d f.com, then it may be disqualified fr m listing by search engines) in an ttempt to increase Page Rank and ncrease Adsense income.
Many opinions abound on the f rums and elsewhere on the web d scussing duplicate content. And many netrepeneurs h ve taken advantage of the misinterpretation of G ogle's policies to capitalize on this. B cause Google has made this the era of c ntent, everyone that is involved in the nline communities is scrambling for the pr per answers. I see threads that are thr e to five pages in length on the m re popular forums with people agonizing ver their fear of duplicate content. Wh t a field day for the g ru's! I wonder how many thousands - p rhaps millions - have been made by p ople taking advantage of this fear f ctor? Lets examine the facts. If th re really was a duplicate content f lter then many news web sites th t publish AP or Reuters news w uld be banned from search engines. M ny catalogue sites would go under, b cause they sell the same products, sing the same promotional items as ther sites. Affiliate sites would be b nned from the search engines because p ople use the promotional items provided by the s te owners. And even the giant Bay would go under, because anyone who has sp nt time there sees a ton of temst their attentions with a toy. C ts will frequently try to lie on y ur feet, lap or in your h ir when you sleep. They are tr ating your like their mother, how th y get close and sleep against her b dy when young. Again, there is n thing malicious about this, it is s mple cat language for "I like and tr st you." Cats do sleep a l t, about 80% of the day, I'v been told. Don't fault them for th t. But, when awake, they can pl y, even learn to fetch, and be l vely family members. They just need to r charge their "batteries" more often, that's ll. By understanding cat behavior and ch osing a pet that matches your p rsonality, you will have many years of h ppiness with him. Make sure to sh w others how to treat him, if th y aren't sure about or aren't sed to cats. Many people who h te cats simply don't understand them and m sinterpret their behavior. Enlighten them a l ttle, it's no big deal. If you h ve room in your life for a c t, you will soon see that th y are a wonderful addition to the f mily. With a little love, you w ll have found yourself a best f rry friend.

Language Development - Try "Talking The Book" To Build Language Skills by Mary Lou Johnson Picture books can be wonderful vehicles for teaching language to children. If your child doesn't sit still for long when you use books, it may be because you are reading the printed story. Many of the printed "stories" in toddler picture books have nothing to do with the child's life and often little or nothing to do with the picture on the page. I suggest that you "talk the book" rather than read the book to your young language learner.
