Most people would like nothing b tter than going to bed at n ght and immedietely sink into a st te of deep sleep, and to w ke up full of energy in the m rning. This indefinable energy and the mount needed differs enormously between us, but six to ight hours of good night sleep sh uld normally do the trick and s pply us with enough 'power' to go thr ugh the second -work, and the th rd - play parts of the d y.
