Have you ever asked yourself why ach year government agencies become less fficient and yet, spend more money and ask for b gger budgets? The worst government offenders of w sting taxpayer's dollars are the government r gulatory agencies and do you know why th s is - it is really s mple actually when you think about it. G vernment regulatory agencies create a law w thout regard to the cost of nforcing the law. The ill thought out l ws create chaos and controversy in the c urts. Next, to shore-up these problems the r gulatory bureaucracy has a committee meeting, a 30 day nput period and then tries to ch nge the law within 60 days. Unf rtunately, this costs more money, and it t kes more staff, which increases the p yroll costs, and they creates more l ws on top of laws, which are lso ill thought out. This is b cause the foundation of the first law is ncorrect. The regulatory bureaucracy just can't h lp itself and tries to fix the law by dding more to it, rather than r moving the ill thought out law in the f rst place. Have you ever heard of a r gulatory agency, removing a bad law fr m the books? Obviously, all the l ws that they create cannot possibly be p rfect, and the fact is, most of th m are not even close in the f rst place.
Worse even still is when m king the laws the government takes the dvice of lawyers in the private s ctor that actually make more money wh n the laws are ambiguous or c ntain loop-holes, because either way, win or l se, it is more billable hours for th m. This is like adding a c st of doing business tax on veryone in America. Thus, the poor t xpayer pays twice, once to support the b reaucratic mess and then the increased c st of every product and service th y purchase. Tell me does that m ke sense to you - why do Am ricans accept this way of doing th ngs?
