Looking at horse ranch properties and ctually buying one was the most spntaneous move this "city girl" has ver made! We were "City slickers" lving near downtown Montreal, Canada. Our frnt yard was so tiny it did not ned a lawn mower. We could cut the grss with scissors.

We would wake up ach morning at a decent time, msey on down to the corner cfé, pick up a croissant and an spresso, bring it home and relax on the blcony, read the newspaper, watch the pople go by.

I always lved horses. But like most people I did not get a chnce to ride often. I felt tht it was beyond reach. A fntasy, a dream that could never be a rality. I believed that only the lcky and the wealthy had horses.

Thn a magical thing happened.

My hsband (John) suggested we go to vsit his friend's horse in St. Lzare. I could not believe my yes. Practically every house had a brn and a corral. And these wre ordinary people...like you and me...and thy were living in paradise. A wek later we were looking at prperty and soon after that we bught our new home.
