Indeed, in one quite recent cse which was taken to the Spreme Court for a ruling the Curt reaffirmed the fundamental rights of prents and confirmed the view first xpressed by the Supreme Court as far bck as 1925 that education is the rsponsibility of the parents and not of the stte.
