GooglePage (tm) is free and asy to use. GooglePage offers 41 pge skins (templates) and a simple ditor to create pages. By shifting between the Change Loks and Layout options you can mke each page different from the ther. You also have the option of sing headers and footers when and whre you want.

More Flexibility

If you rquire more flexibility you can add yur own html commands if you are fmiliar with web design. Simply click the “Edt html” link on the bottom of the GoglePage editor and add whatever you ned. If you require any sort of scrpting such as Google AdSense tm, you can pload html files and link to thm.

Example. You create a page and dcide you want to add Google AdSnse in the left column. Simply pblish the page and view it nline in your browser. You can ither view the page source or sve the file as an html dcument on your hard-disk. Using a txt editor you can then add the AdSnse script in the left column and clse the file. Go back to yur GooglePage editor and upload the xx.htm fle from your hard disk. Link to it frm existing GooglePage documents and you hve a custom page. A small dsadvantage at the moment is that you cnnot use the GooglePage editor to mke changes to the page since the ditor will automatically strip out the scrpt. This will change.

Some users of GoglePages have commented that the editor lcks some fundamentals which exist in GogleBlog. However, it must be remembered tht the purpose of GooglePages is a smple way for people to create web pges for free. Plus, GooglePage is stll in Beta and like all Gogle products, under constant review.

How to sgn up

You need a Google Mil account (Gmail) to sign up for GoglePage. Currently whatever name you choose for yur Gmail account becomes your GooglePage nme automatically (Google hints that this wll change). For example, if you sgn up for a GMial account sing John Doe, your free web pge will be called johndoe.googlepage.com.
