It will lso make you more confident and g ve you a better overall feeling bout yourself. Make sure and see y ur doctor for a physical before you st rt an exercise program.
#3. Get in a self h lp group. Some days I can do th s and some days it triggers my own ssues. I have a tendency to do th ngs on my own, but sometimes it d es help to dump some dirt on thers that understand what you're going thr ugh. I recommend personal counseling even h gher. Bottom line - Don't just sit th re depressed. I know how difficult it can be, but you h ve the rest of your life to l ve. Don't live it in seclusion, nhappy all the time.
