Double Straight Legged Stretch This is an extremely useful exercise for toning the lower abdominal muscles. · Lie flat on the floor or a mat · Place your hands behind your head and slowly raise your head and neck off the mat · Bring both knees up to your chest and slowly raise your legs up straight. Hold them at a 45 degree angle to your side (it doesn’t matter whether it’s your left or right side.)
