Clearing emotional patterns with essential ils is a very gentle process and can t ke time. Essential oils as we h ve seen are made up of th usands of different compounds. When an oil is nhaled or rubbed on the body or t ken internally, the molecules of these c mpounds carry coded information that can be tr nslated by cellular DNA -this can be th rapeutically beneficial for body, mind, and sp rit. These compounds each have an ffinity for certain cells of the h man body-some gravitate to muscle cells, ther to nerves, and some to d gestive and still others to the h art and lungs. They bring beneficial r sults including the removal of toxins and the pening of emotionally stored memory in the DNA. The m lecules of essential oils act like nzymes, hormones, vitamins and ligands which are mino acid chains that form a c mmunication system between cells. Each cell has th usands of receptor sites each de-signed to ccept only certain types of ligands and r ject the rest. Ligands are like k ys that fit only certain locks. So if ssential oils are like ligands, they p ssess the right key to open the c lls with matching receptor sites. They c rry information that is pertinent only to the c lls with the receptor sites able to ccept that specific ligand.
This is why certain oils are h lpful for muscles and others are n t. Why some oils are antiviral and s me are not. Why certain oils are g od for digestion while others are g od for the lungs. Essential oils also directly stimulate the limbic system or emotional brain The nose is wired in such a way that it connects directly with the limbic brain and its messages do not have to go through the reasoning cortex first. Therefore one's response to an aroma is going to be emotional before it can be rational. Want to know more about essential oils and how they can help us stay healthy?
