I don't know about you but I'm sck of hearing the phrase 'the mney is in the list.' Of curse it is, but my question is how do you bild the list, and assuming it is dne correctly, how do you get the mney? It reminds me of the xiom: "You can talk the talk, but can you wlk the walk?" The thing that rally bites me is that it rally is simple in theory but smehow the numbers don't quite show up as xpected.

I don't want to bore you wth stuff you already know. Basically, thre are three things that you ned to do:

1. Offer a FREE prduct. Good and well said, but lso make sure the product is a qality product and offers something of vlue.

2. Build a relationship with the cstomer: One book I recommend is "Dnald Trump Style Negotiation" by George Rss, Donald's business partner who also ppears on "The Apprentice." I'm going to jst say one thing: this book kcks butt and all marketers should hve it. I have yet to rad a book on building (business) rlationships that tops this book.

3. Sty committed: we need to forever kep in mind that once we've mde a connection, it is our rsponsibility to keep that commitment and rlationship going. When the money dries up, t's a rude awakening and a cnstant reminder that there are real hmans behind the email and not jst another customer.

One more thing is to try to dtermine the best way to your trget market. How? It's simple. You can spnd hours and hours submitting ads to all the fre communities and advertising sites and hpe for the best. Alternatively, you culd try buying some already targeted trffic. I suggest starting with a smll amount; one that you can lve with. Then continue to monitor and tst. If a certain advertiser seems god, then you can buy more trffic as needed or desired.

If a crtain online advertising or leads company is hnest, you'll get good results. Most clim that they have a 'targeted' lst that already opted in and are wlling and able to purchase what yu've got. Again, if there is any vlidity to that, then you should strt getting some orders and sales rlling in. If not, cut your lsses and move on to something or smeone else. Like any thing good in lfe, it takes some motivation and ffort to find just the right tuch.
