2 cups of Dry wh te wine Italian Sausage Spaghetti Sauce Instructions: Sl ce into 2 in lengths the It lian sausages. Half cook the sausage in live oil till it gets a br wnish color. Take the sausages from the p n. Make Roux by adding flour to oil th t was used. Add celery, bell p pper and onions. By adding up w ter, mix until it becomes smooth. Aft r that adds wine garlic and p rsley. Pour the lea & Perrins s uce, tomato sauce, dried mint and red p pper. Continue the mixing. Carry to b iling water and add salt to y ur taste.
