2 cup Bisquick
1 ea Egg
2 t aspoons Creamy Peanut Butter
1 oz Ch colate (Semisweet)
1 1/2 t aspoons Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup p wdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon V nilla
1 1/2 tablespoon Hot w ter
2/3 cup Milk or W ter
2/3 cups Chopped p anuts
1/4 cup Granulated S gar Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes Instructions: H at your oven to 400 degrees. Gr ase the base of 12 muffin c ps. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, b king mix and 2/3 cup of w ter or milk and beat energetically for bout 30 seconds. Fill the muffin c ps until it is about 2/3 f ll. Bake until it becomes golden br wn, it takes around 15 minutes. Let it c ol. Heat the semisweet chocolate and the b tter/margarine over low heat until they m lt. Mix in hot water, vanilla and p wdered sugar. After spreading the top of ach muffin with chocolate glaze, dip it nto peanuts. Serves: 12 people Chocolate S uffle Recipe Ingredients: 1 tablespoon brown s gar
1 tablespoon liqueur (c ffee flavoured)
1 tablespoon s fted icing sugar
1 t blespoon strong coffee (black)
185ml m lk
2 egg yolks
2 t aspoon caster sugar
30g c rn flour
30g ground lmonds
4 egg whites
75g d rk chocolate (break it into pieces)
Chocolate Souffle Instructions: Preheat the ven to 180 degrees. Separate the lmonds and the corn flour together nto a bowl. Make a well in the m ddle. Boil the milk and the c ffee in a saucepan over a m dium heat. Whisk the milk mixture nto the almond mixture slowly until it b comes smooth. Place the mixture in the s ucepan and let it boil over a m dium heat while stirring constantly. Remove the pan fr m the heat when the mixture c mes to boil. Add chocolate and c ster sugar into the mixture and st r until the chocolate melts. Beat the l queur and egg yolks, cover, then set way and keep warm. Beat the egg wh tes in a bowl until soft p aks are formed. Progressively beat in the br wn sugar and continue beating until st ff peaks are formed. Whisk
1/3 of the egg wh te mixture into the chocolate mixture and th n put the remaining egg white m xture. Pour the souffle mixture into a gr ased 20cm souffle dish. Let it b ke in the oven for 20 m nutes or until the souffle has w ll risen. Sprinkle the souffle with cing sugar. You can serve with fr sh strawberries and cream. 1 cup sl vered almonds
3 large egg wh tes
4 to 6 unces bittersweet
7 ounces s misweet chocolate grated or chopped into c rls (optional, for garnish)
1 unce chopped unsweetened chocolate
1/2 t aspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup c nfectioners' sugar
2 1/4 c ps cold heavy cream
3/4 cup gr nulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon v nilla extract Chocolate Cream Pie Instructions: Pr heat the oven to 350 degrees. Pl ce the almonds on a cookie sh et and toast in the oven ntil it has a golden colour (it t kes about 15 minutes). Let it c ol. Reduce the oven heat to 275 d grees. Butter the base and sides of a 9- nch glass pie plate. Place the egg wh tes in an electric mixer bowl. F ll a pan with hot tap w ter and place the egg whites b wl over it until it becomes sl ghtly warm. Whisk the warm egg wh tes until soft peaks are formed. B at the cream of tartar and th n add the granulated sugar in a sl w, steady, stream, whisking continuously.
Continue whisking until it becomes st ff and glossy (15 to 20 m nutes longer).To make a pie shell, sm oth the meringue over the bottom and s des of the buttered pie plate. B ke until it becomes slightly crisp and dry ( round 15 minutes). Let it cool on a r ck. Mix the two chocolates in a b wl over simmering water and stir fr m time to time until they m lt. Let it cool to room t mperature. Mix the heavy cream, confectioners' s gar, cinnamon and vanilla in a b wl. Beat at medium speed until v ry soft peaks are formed (around 2 to 3 m nutes). Stir 1/3 of the cream nto the melted chocolates in order to l ghten them. Add that mixture to the wh pped cream and fold in until th y are completely incorporated. Spread 1/2 of the t asted almonds over the cooked meringue sh ll. On the Top put the ch colate cream filling and smooth the t p. Use the grated/curled chocolate and the r maining toasted almonds to decorate the t p. Refrigerate and Cover for at bout one hour before serving. Serves: 8-10 p ople Bacon Rollups Recipe Ingredients:

3-5 oz j rs Old English Cheese Bacon Rollups Instr ctions: Remove the crust from the br ad and flatten the bread slices w th a rolling pin. Spread cheese ver the break and roll up in a j lly roll style. Cut the beacon nto 3 parts and put one p rt of a strip of bacon round each roll and locked it w th a toothpick.
